These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of VadiBase's services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscription Services

VadiBase offers the following subscription plans:

Monthly Subscription:

• Access to EcoVadis-Certified company database
• Access to database of verified but not certified companies
• Advanced search and filtering options
• Detailed company profile
• Real-time updates

Bi-annual and Annual Subscriptions:

• All features of the Monthly Subscription plus:
• Email alerts for new certifications
• Priority support

3. Access and Usage Rights

Subscribers are granted access to a list of companies verified by VadiBase. Subscribers are prohibited from taking screenshots or otherwise reproducing the database content without prior written consent.

4. Data Accuracy and Liability

VadiBase endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the data in the database. Subscribers are encouraged to contact us to report any inaccuracies.

Limitations of Liability: VadiBase shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the database.

5. Subscription Termination and Cancellation

Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Clients may unsubscribe at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any unused subscription period. VadiBase reserves the right to terminate a subscription in cases of misconduct, data theft, malicious use, or excessive or abusive use.

6. Payment Terms

All payments will be processed through Stripe. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and other electronic payment methods as facilitated by Stripe.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the database and its content are owned exclusively by Gardesse EIRL. Subscribers are granted a limited license to access the database for personal use only.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
